Five kinds of partnership
More than one at a time is normal — a reseller who also delivers, for instance.
- Referral — you introduce us to a client and stay out of delivery. We handle the work; you are paid for the introduction.
- Reseller — you sell our services under your own commercial relationship, and we deliver behind you.
- Delivery subcontractor — you deliver work on our engagements, to our method and under our name.
- Technology or OEM — you bring a product or platform our clients need, and we bring the assessment and the implementation.
- Training — you deliver training alongside our advisory work, or we deliver yours.
From the form to the first project
- Verify your email. A code goes to your organisation address. Business addresses only — it is how we know somebody at the company knows about the application.
- Send the form. Your legal details, what you do, where you cover, and the four documents below.
- Sign the confidentiality agreement. It reaches you as soon as the form arrives. Nothing else moves until it is signed and approved — partners see client work.
- Review and due diligence. We check the documents against the register, and come back to you with questions or with the agreement.
- Agreement and onboarding. The master agreement sets the commercial terms. Then your team gets portal access and the work begins.
What to have ready
PDF or an image, up to 8 MB each. Certifications and insurance renewals follow during onboarding.
- Commercial registration
- VAT certificate
- Bank letter with the IBAN
- Professional indemnity insurance
We also ask for your IBAN, because we raise the payment documents ourselves rather than waiting for your invoice. It is stored encrypted and shown to us only as its last digits.
